Deborah Miller is honored for her dedication to the arts, culture, and education in Hoffman Estates. Specifically, Ms. Miller''s contributions to the library in her community have been outstanding. She has served as a trustee on the Schaumburg Township Public Library board since 1972, serving as President, Treasurer, and Secretary, along with chairing numerous committees. In addition, she served as a board member and past President of the North Suburban Library System. She has been honored for her efforts in the library field at the local, regional and national levels. Ms. Miller has also served as Vice Chairperson of the Hoffman Estate Arts Commission and was responsible for bringing the Smithsonian Theater exhibit to Hoffman Estates.
