Herb and Francis

Prater

If there is a community function going on in the Village of Thebes, seniors Herb and Francis Prater can be counted on to be there helping out. Mayor Patricia Osorio and the citizens of Thebes benefit regularly from the Praters' contributions, from their assistance with reopening the Historical Courthouse to hosting the Senior Dinner every month. Every Memorial Day, Mr. and Mrs. Prater put flags out on the gravesites of Thebes's fallen soldiers in both of the town's cemeteries. Currently they are helping to organize the construction of a new community park for village youth.
