Siblik

Michel Siblik is honored for her efforts to excite children and adults about reading through her work at the Mount Carroll Township Library. In her short time at the library, she has already expanded library services and collections and established a summer reading and fine arts program for children and adults. In addition, she has created a number of new learning opportunities for library patrons, including programs on storytelling and astronomy, which are provided free of charge.
