are honored for their dedication to educating children in Central Stickney. They have volunteered at the Charles J. Sahs School in the community for the past five years, working with students, teachers, and staff three to five days a week. Mr. and Mrs. Waschuck have been particularly instrumental in helping with the school-wide accelerated reading program. Often working with children that need extra help with reading, they read to the children, and guide them through computer tests and reading comprehension exercises.
