Devlin

Tom Devlin is honored for his commitment to education in his community. As a teacher and principal of both the grade school and junior high school in Oneida for 25 years, Mr. Devlin knew every student and parent by name in the community. He also ensured that "his children" would be provided with everything that they needed to succeed in school, from a hot lunch to assistance with their homework. He has also worked increase civic involvement of Oneida''s citizens through voter registration.
