Dennis McIntosh, candy maker and owner of Wolf's Homemade Candies, will present his program that describes the origins of chocolate, the process used for making it into delectable sweets, and how to distinguish fine chocolate from the ordinary. His presentation will include tasting a variety of chocolates and a discussion about chocolate's captivation in the popular imagination.
