Discover the early story that shaped Dr. Percy Lavon Julian.

This play is about Percy Julian as an industrious and hard-working teenager as his family struggles to educate him and his siblings in 1912.

This dramatization was originally staged as part of Chicago's Percy Julian High School opening celebration.
