An afternoon of workshops dealing with 'Beyond Kristallnacht: Lessons for Today.' Workshops include: 'The Church and the Holocaust,' 'The Impact of the Holocaust on Literature,' and 'From Kristallnacht to Darfur.' The workshops are part of the Jewish Federation of the Quad Cities's six-part series of educational activities from November 7 through November 9, 2008, which will promote tolerance, human rights, justice, and diversity through the lessons of the Holocaust and tragedy today.
