Katherine Kaufka, director of the Center for the Human Rights of Children at Loyola University Chicago, a national expert on child trafficking issues. Maurice McFarlin, an attorney and Northeastern Illinois University professor of Justice Studies, who has worked extensively with street organizations to prevent gang homicides in Chicago.
