Jimmie Briggs, an educator and author who has traveled worldwide and worked with child soldiers and authored "Innocents Lost: When Child Soldiers Go to War." Katherine Kaufka, director of the Center for the Human Rights of Children at Loyola University Chicago, a national expert on child trafficking issues. Maurice McFarlin, an attorney and Northeastern Illinois University professor of Justice Studies, who has worked extensively with street organizations to prevent gang homicides in Chicago.
