Enjoy a rare opportunity to visit three historically significant sites along the Illinois & Michigan Canal, all open for touring at the same time. Take a ride on a mule-pulled replica canal boat while learning about the history of the canal from period-dressed guides and crew.
Canal boat tours will commence at 10am, 1pm, and 2:30pm. This event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact the Canal Corridor Association at (815) 223-1851. Tours will meet at the Lock 16 Visitors Center, located at 754 First Street, in LaSalle, IL.
