Beyond Media will expand the website Women and Prison: A Site For Resistance. This website houses oral histories of women who have been imprisoned, as well as hundreds of articles, letters, poems and works of art from those affected by incarceration. Beyondmedia will also create a downloadable curriculum for classes both within and outside of prisons as well as a 'zine' for those who do not have access to internet. This program will reach communities in Dwight, Pekin, Decatur, Lincoln, and Greenville.Award Date:
