This project explores the role of Chicago in creating the First Republic of Czechoslovakia during WWI. DVDs and teaching materials about Chicago Czech history will distributed to CPS teachers, and teacher workshops and discussion sesssions will be held around Chicagoland. A speakers bureau will be created and the DVD will be screened at numerous locations in and around Chicago.
