Location(s)

The history department and the Tarble Arts Center at EIU will present an exhibit on the art and culture of "Mound Builder" peoples from the region. The 2006 exhibit will include artifacts from the Woodland and Mississippian peoples in the Midwest. A traveling exhibit will also be developed and will tour several area libraries and museums. Additional programming in 2006-07 includes a website, school programs, and humanist-scholar speakers.
