The University of Illinois at Chicago will feature six public programs around metro Chicago taking advantage of the Library's Carberry Collection of Caribbean Studies. Presentations, panel discussions, and performances by scholars and community members explore how issues such as the diaspora, race relations, and the preservation of cultural heritage are presented in print media and visual sources.
