To generate discussion about the social and political issues addressed in the works they produce, TimeLine Theatre holds a Sunday Scholar Series -a one hour panel discussion that follows a Sunday matinee performance- and produces an audience newsletter called Backstory. The upcoming productions of the company are Guantanamo: Honor Bound to Defend Freedom and Fiorello!. The former is a play based on interviews with family members of men detained at Guantanamo Bay and the latter is a play based on the life of New York mayor Fiorello H. LaGuardia.Grant Date:
