WILL-TV will produce a documentary film on the 10 Waggoner girls. At the request of the county court, the girls were taken from their parents and each of them sent to a different residence in 1942. They would not be reunited until 50 years later. The film reviews this important story as it relates to the history of social welfare and children's rights in America.
