As part of the citywide festival "Bodies of Work: The Chicago Festival of Disability, Arts, Culture", Victory Gardens Theatre will present a free panel discussion which will follow British artist Mat Fraser's one-person play, "Sealboy: Freak" on Saturday, April 22, 2006. The panel will include Mat Fraser, UIC professor of disability studies David Mitchell, and other artists and disability rights advocates and will use the themes of the play to open a conversation regarding the concept of international disability culture.
