Asian Improv aRts Midwest will present the Third Annual Chicago Taiko Legacy.

Through lectures, demonstrations, and discussions with artists and experts, AIRMW will study the role of the traditional and contemporary Asian and Asian American cultural arts in building community. In particular, these programs will examine Taiko drumming and Butoh dancing in conversations and demonstrations with Nicole LeGette and Blushing Poppy Productions.

The programs will take place at the Japanese American Service Committee and the Chicago Cultural Center.
