The Morgan County Historical Society and the Jacksonville Underground Railroad Committee presents a four-day Chautauqua devoted to historical personalities who fought for freedom and justice in America. Re-enactors portray Patrick Henry, William Wilberforce, Henry Clay, John Ross, Sojourner Truth, William Lloyd Garrison, Harriet Tubman, and Teddy Roosevelt.
