The Fund for Innovative TV will sponsor two screenings and panels with pioneer videomakers that will explore the ways in which "the radical spirit manifested itself throughout the 35-year history of portable video." The main event will be September 21 at the Prop Thtr on the Northwest Side of Chicago. There will also be a screening and discussion that will be open only to students from Chicago-area schools that will take place on September 20 at Columbia College. These events are intended to promote the organization's new website, Media Burn Independent Video Archive.
