In celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the dedication of the Frances Willard statue in National Statuary Hall, the FWHA proposes two events: an exhibition and a series of programs co-sponsored with the Evanston Public Library. The exhibition and programs will situate the statue in historical and artistic context by examining Frances Willards' place in women's history and the artistic career of Helen Farnsworth Mears.
