The Music Arts School of Highland Park will partner with the Highland Park Public Library to offer a free six-part lecture and discussion series on the history of jazz. School faculty will participate in the series and Chicago jazz musician Ernie Dawkins will conclude the series with a program and performance on the current Chicago jazz scene.
