The 10th edition of the Illinois Authors Book Fair to be held November 16 to the 18 in Springfield will include a Family Reading Night, How To workshops and a keynote lecture, in addition to the book fair itself. The Family Reading Night will include a variety of programs designed for audiences K-12 and will feature authors of literature for children and young adults. The How To workshops will feature authors of books on subjects such as gardening, knitting and finances, for example. The Book Fair itself will be November 18 and will feature a variety of programs involving at least 35 authors primarily from Illinois. Events for this day include readings, panels, book appraisals, storytellers, and published exhibits among others.Grant Date:
