"Newman: 150 Years and Community and Counting" is an exhibition of artifacts and photographs of local history in celebration of Newman's sesquicentennial anniversary in 2007, inspired by the work of noted anthropologist, Sonya Salamon. The exhibit will open in June 2007 in Newman and then move to the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign from July to September.
