Location(s)

A series of three creative writing workshops for youth and interested adults in the Latino community of Chicago to "increase linguistic identity, develop an appreciation of esteemed Latin American Authors and eventually publish student work." The workshops will have a maximum capacity of 25 students each and will be held at the organization's facilities and at Casa Aztlan in Pilsen. Students will consider three different literary genres and will be exposed to the work of Latino authors in the United States as well as Latin American authors.
