In China, the World's most populated country, the One Child Policy was created to help regulate the country's populace. If the worst case scenario comes into affect, could the United States constitutionally issue the same policy for the over-all well being of Americans? Should they?
This ideal's origins can be traced back to Darwin and his Survival of the Fittest. If the population continues to grow at this rate, theoretically, there will be mass chaos of multitudes of people chasing after little to no water. There would be people dying of thirst on a daily basis (well, greater numbers of people dying of thirst).
So, what do you think?

Before we think about
Before we think about instituting mandatory limits on anything (number of children, gallons of water used per day), maybe we should think about the many voluntary ways in which we could decrease personal consumption of oil or water. What are some small ways that might reduce your resource consumption?
