Frank Cizon, IHC Treasurer
is president of N.Z.T., Inc., a management consulting firm serving the Chicago area. In his prior role, he served as President and CEO of Talman Home Federal Savings and Loan in Chicago. Before his business role at Talman, he taught social organization and social research at Loyola University Chicago, taught management and supervision at the Industrial Relations Center of the University of Chicago, and served as chairman of the Sociology Department at Indiana University Northwest in Gary, Indiana. Cizon has served as consultant to federal, state, and local government agencies on economic development issues and other community concerns. He also served in various capacities with Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation in Washington, D.C. and Neighborhood Housing Services in Chicago. He received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame (majoring in English), his Master of Social Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago, and his Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Notre Dame. He lives in Chicago with his wife Lucyna Migala, who is artistic director and general manager of the Lira Ensemble.
