An Earth Day panel discussion about the current and future state of Central Illinois' waterways and the increasing struggle for quantity and quality in the Decatur and Springfield areas. John Cronin, champion of the Hudson River ecosystem, will be joined onstage by local and state waterways officials. The panel discussion will be framed by audio interviews with users of water, including representatives from city government, agri-business and recreation.
