ILLINOIS HUMANITIES COUNCIL CONDUCTS FALL 2003 BOARD MEETING AT THE NATIONAL VIETNAM VETERANS ART MUSEUM

CHICAGO - The Illinois Humanities Council (IHC) Board of Directors will hold its fall board meeting at the National Vietnam Veterans Art Museum on Friday September 26, 2003. The board will convene at 9:00 a.m. in the East Gallery on the first floor.
Items on the agenda for this meeting include a discussion of the FY2004 budget, a review of major grant proposals, and the election of new board members.
In addition, IHC board and staff will have the opportunity to tour the Museum. Following the meeting will be a board dinner to welcome new members. Currently, 27 members comprise the Illinois Humanities Council Board of Directors. They are:
