A six-week summer program for 30 youth, ages 14 to 16, to be held July 3 to August 8 of 2008. Participants in this program will explore the role of young people in a variety of social movements in the past so that they may develop the tools to participate in community building and social change activities. Participants will learn about Mexican-American, Puerto Rican, LGBTQ and Disability Rights activism, in addition to the Civil Rights Movement.
