For the 20th Anniversary of the EIU Literature Conference, teachers and the general public will explore Geoffrey Chaucer's Canterbury Tales. The program includes two readings of the works, a plenary talk on Chaucer's poetry, a plenary presentation on Pilgrimage to Canterbury Cathedral, an open discussion on reading Chaucer aloud, and two 75-minute workshops for secondary-school educators on reading and teaching Chaucer.
