Guy Fraker *ABE*
Guy Fraker is a graduate of the University of Illinois and has practiced law in Bloomington since 1962. A lifelong student of Abraham Lincoln's career on the circuit, Guy has written extensively on the subject, has spoken to a wide range of audiences, and has guided tours of the Circuit on the roads that Lincoln traveled. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Abraham Lincoln Association and the Advisory Committee to the National Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission.Abraham Lincoln and the Eighth Judicial Circuit
Lincoln's formative years as an attorney were spent riding "the Circuit" through central Illinois. Each of these towns has its own unique story regarding Lincoln's contribution to their towns and their citizens and, of course, their contributions to Lincoln. One cannot fully understand Lincoln and his development without understanding this period.
